Our bar and wait staff are an experienced fun loving crew dedicated to making our guests feel at home. Their enthusiasm and dedication results in a rewarding and relaxing dining experience.
Most of the staff are working their way through college while here; and many have returned here part-time while pursuing their careers.
Our kitchen team features:
*Miguel Garrido, has been with
us since 1997 and immigrated here from Guatemala in 1991. Miguel is
married with 3 small children.
Our General Manager, Michael Ilavsky has been with us since 1995. He and his wife Denise (A Rattlesnake alum) are proud parents of Madison and Cameron.
Our proprietor John Cahillane, before he moved to New Jersey, cooked in several New York restaurants. A fiercely proud native of N.Y.C., he and his wife Nancy ( also a Rattlesnake alum) make their home in Denville. His son Johnny attends Valley View School in Denville and is active in many sports.
