Our bar and wait staff are an experienced fun loving crew dedicated to making our guests feel at home. Their enthusiasm and dedication results in a rewarding and relaxing dining experience.
Most of the staff are working their way through college while here; and many have returned here part-time while pursuing their careers.
Our kitchen team features Chef Miguel Garrido who has been with us since 1997 and immigrated here from Guatemala in 1991. Miguel is married with 3 children.
Our proprietor John Cahillane, before he moved to New Jersey, cooked in several New York restaurants. A fiercely proud native of N.Y.C., he makes his home in Denville. His son Johnny attends Syracuse University and is on the crew team.
