Our bar and wait staff are an experienced fun loving crew dedicated to making our guests feel at home. Their enthusiasm and dedication results in a rewarding and relaxing dining experience. Most of the staff are working their way through college while here; and many have returned here part-time while pursuing their careers. Our kitchen team features Chef Miguel Garrido who has been with us since 1997 and immigrated here from Guatemala in 1991. Miguel is married with 3 children. Our proprietor John Cahillane, before he moved to New Jersey, cooked in several New York restaurants. A fiercely proud native of N.Y.C., he makes his home in Denville. His son Johnny attends Syracuse University and is on the crew team. Come in and say hello and become part of our family. You'll be glad you did.
